Celine is a Cohort Lead at Global Optimism, where she leads cohort-based programmes supporting The Climate Pledge signatories in accelerating their decarbonisation journeys. She focuses on building collaborative, action-oriented spaces that help organisations move from ambition to implementation.
Prior to this, she was a Senior Business Development Manager on Amazon’s Climate Pledge team, where she developed and scaled programming to support signatories in advancing their climate goals. She also contributed to Amazon’s broader sustainability initiatives, helping build and strengthen partnerships across supply chain decarbonisation, circular economy, biodiversity, and nature-based solutions.
Celine brings experience in partnership development across corporate, NGO, and multilateral ecosystems, including engagement with organisations such as We Mean Business, UNDP, and the World Bank on carbon markets and nature-based solutions. She also served as a Leadership Council Member of the Beyond Coalition, contributing to cross-sector collaboration and systems change.
Celine holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics.
