Jo is the Executive Assistant to Tom Rivett-Carnac. Prior to joining Global Optimsm, Jo was EA to the co-founder of an organisation whose primary focus was protecting the Central Arctic Ocean Ice Shield – a role that ignited her passion for climate change. Over the past three years she has gained valuable experience managing submission processes and panels at key climate events such as UNGA, Arctic Circle Assembly, and COP 26 & 27.
Earlier in her career she spent 15 years working in corporate communications, managing the organisation's local charitable giving program and supporting the team on brand and CSR communications.
