With over a decade of experience at the intersection of sustainable investing and climate resilience, Puninda has advised and collaborated with financial institutions, policymakers, corporates and civil society organizations, to address climate and nature-related risks and opportunities. Previously as the Nature Finance Lead with the Climate Champions Team, she convened global campaigns, including Nature Positive for Climate Action, 2030 breakthroughs, and the Taskforce on Sustainability-Linked Sovereign Financing. Puninda is deeply committed to building a sustainable, prosperous, equitable future. Her leadership has been widely recognized: she has been named one of Canada’s Top 30 Sustainability Leaders, edie's Top 100 Sustainability Leaders in the UK, and as a Clean50 Honouree for advancing climate and nature action. Outside of work, Puninda enjoys creative writing, listening to new albums, and painting.
